Tomas / Sein

A child with an inordinate amount of bad luck, Tomas has not only had to deal with the death of his entire family, but being befriended by the very dragon that killed them all. More than anything he just wants to be left alone with some shred of a normal life.
Also, he is pessimism embodied.

Wollen

Wollen is mix of normal base dragon brutality with an odd dash of human intelligence. He works to some ulterior goal by pretty much killing everything in his path. The only person he has some loyalty to is Sein.

Narancs Rentier

The youngest of the government Ei Agents, Narancs is responsible for investigating and capturing Wollen along with his partner Wrey. Coincidently enough, Wollen also killed his family.
Also, comes from money, but lives in the ghetto due to an adolescent romanticization of poverty.

Wreynn Alitis

Beautiful, smart and strong willed, Wrey is a well known Ei Agent thanks to being the first ever Blomqui to achieve the rank. Responsible for dealing with Wollen due to her expertise as a Naturalist. Friend and partner of Narancs. Chopped off Tomas' right hand.

Homeless kid that got drug into trying to help Wollen recover from an attack by another dragon. For his troubles Wollen tried to kill him and killed his cousin, Eagle.

A grotesque mockery of lupine nature, Skull Bunny exists solely in Tomas' nightmares. Her demeanor is at odds with her appearance, as she for the most part is good-natured and kind.

A hulking monster that exists in Tomas' nightmares. He appears to be at odds with Mr. Scary.

Another nightmare denizen, Deer Prince is brash and prone to violence.

Wollen's nightmare stand in is an inky creature seemingly composed entirely of sludge. He's rather mindless, but unfailingly loyal to Tomas.
